We advise our clients on the currently available plans, keep them up to date on recent changes of the laws that impact Employee Benefits, help them understand their responsibilities under such laws as COBRA, HIPAA and ERISA, refer them to third-party resources who can handle those issues for them, help them understand Insurance Company communications, handle their administrative issues such as additions, deletions and open enrollments, monitor their claims issues, and when necessary, help them find a different Company better suited to their needs, to provide their benefits.
