Our Plans Include:

• Moderate-deductible plans which are similar to many employer-sponsored plans with office visit co-pays and outpatient prescription drug cards
• Higher deductible plans that keep your costs down if you are healthy. Some allow you to choose office visit co-pays and/or outpatient prescription drug cards
• HSA Plans with high deductible plans that qualify for use with tax-advantaged Health Savings Accounts (these plans CANNOT include Rx cards or Office Visit Co-Pays)

Network Choices Include:

• Traditional Fee-For-Service Plans
• PPO (Participating Provider Networks) which provide negotiated discounts and higher reimbursements for Plan Participants who use Network Providers
• HMO (Health Maintenance Organizations) which focus on Preventive Services as well as providing regular benefits for illnesses and accidents. Many are now Open Access Plans which do not require a Primary Care Physician (PCP) referral
• EPO (Exclusive Provider Networks) which are smaller networks with lower costs
